Our company creates hydrogen systems which are incorporated on different types of vehicles (cars, trucks, boats…). We are now expanding our activities and we are in a hyper-growth phase !

Established in 2010, Symbio is now a joint venture 50/50 between Michelin and Faurecia. Thanks to our collaborators, we are developing our activities in a highly competitive environment. Indeed, the management in our company is based on three points : trust, engagement, and proximity.

Today, we are looking for our Engineering Program Leader M/F. You'll be responsible of the engineering roadmap for a program here in Symbio ; you'll need to manage a team to permit the good realization of the project and be the garantor of our added value to our customer.

Your missions:

•  Lead directly a team of different engineers (system architect, product leader, safety leader...) to permit the project achievement 

• Exchange with different cross-functional managers (engineering, manufacturing, product, purchasing, quality and sales) on customers' needs and the progress of the project to make concrete decisions and solutions 
• Set goals on the engineering side in link with the company's strategic objectives 
• Participate to customers' meetings
• Participate to the global engineering roadmap
• Ensure customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining a long-term and strategic relationship (timing, quality, costs, product and process performances) 

Qualifications and skills: 🥇

• You have a master's degree in engineering.
• You already have an experience in Engineering Management in the Automotive sector. (Car manufacturer/Tier) 
• You have the ability to develop strong customer relationships at senior level 
• An International experience would be nice to have 
• You have the program management knowledge 
• You are customer focus and know how to make effective decisions
• English fluent is necessary
