Our company creates hydrogen systems which are incorporated on different types of vehicles (cars, trucks, boats…). We are now expanding our activities and we are in a hyper-growth phase !

Today, we are hiring our Flying Doctor / Diagnostic Engineer-Technician M/F who will be located close to Frankfurt, Germany.

Reporting to the After Sales Director, your main mission will be to provide technical support to SYMBIO customers in Germany.

To fulfil your tasks and encounter SYMBIO's clients, you will have to travel across Germany (around 80 % of the time) to assist and repair the car equipped by SYMBIO systems.

You will work with the engineering team to root the cause analysis to improve SYMBIO products.

The customer satisfaction will be your credo. Quality and speed of repair will be important in order to show a positive image of SYMBIO.

Missions : 

• Travelling to customers' premises or garages to carry out your expertise
• Performing diagnosis on hydrogen car systems to repair them
• Identify and solve technical problems related to SYMBIO systems and develop customer-specific solutions (with the engineering team)
• Train customers and OEM technical support on their technical skills related to SYMBIO systems
• With the expertise and the problem that you will find through your repairs, you will need to perform root cause analysis of the failures to feedback them in English, to the engineering team, in order to improve SYMBIO products
• Participation in the improvement of system reliability
• Preparation of reports for customers

Candidate profile :

• FH Engineering degree (ideally), with a specialization in electronics/automation/software
• An experience of 8 years minimum in car maintenance and diagnosis
• A confirmed experience in automotive repairs with complex systems
• Strong technical knowledge and how to perform diagnosis in cars, especially embedded systems
• Ability to repair, disassemble, reassemble systems and persevere in finding the root causes of problems
• Ability to read instructions, drawings and plans to repair cars and hydrogen embedded systems
• Being able to communicate easily with customers
• Being Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
